Webinars

These are hosted events in real time where a presenter might discuss or address issues to a live audience. Just as in a lecture hall or meetings room, a webinar can allow people online and face to face to participate and interact with the presenter. In addition, the event is captured and stored as a resource for others to review in their own time.

These are basically web-seminars that we will run occasionally in order to cover items of greater interest and items that need more resources. It will make use of research papers presented and content that is better suited to a larger audience.

Webcasts

Webcasts are more detailed in nature. These will be special castings that we will run occasionally in order to share information that is detailed and whereby we have a higher number of participants. It will use audio and video and links to materials that you may find beneficial.

We’ll be hosting a quarterly webcast on topics of interest to the TrainersPod community. These events will address issues in e-learning, e-healthcare and e-business and bring together community members with key speakers and presenters from around the world with a particular relevance to countries in need.

The archive from each event will be made available online for participants to review a session or for non-participants to be able to see and hear a missed session.
